Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before shipping. Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The cost of shipping is $8, and orders over $100 ship for free. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is in their possession, it will typically take 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

All international orders (outside of the United States) are shipped with USPS. The exact cost of shipping will vary depending on the weight of your package and the destination it is being delivered to. Please note that shipping time varies, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a certain date. We are not responsible for any additional fees associated with international shipping, including customs duties and tariffs.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped.

If you receive your package and there is something wrong with it (incorrect, missing, or damaged items), please let us know so we can work with you to find the best resolution. Any dispute with your order must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of a resolution.
