Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before shipping. Our current processing time is 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The cost of shipping is $8, and orders over $100 ship for free. All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Once your package is in their possession, it will typically take 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

International shipping starts at $24 and goes up based on weight. For the best shipping rates, please contact us before placing your order. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for any additional fees associated with international shipping, including customs duties and tariffs.

If you receive your package and there is something wrong with it (incorrect, missing, or damaged items), please let us know so we can work with you to find the best resolution. Any dispute with your order must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your package being delivered. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of a resolution.
